Mr. Smith, aka Smitty, was kind and treated me fairly. While in Easton, my car overheated. I checked Google reviews and decided to go to Advanced Automotive Services. I am so glad I did! I didn't call or have an appointment. Smitty and his team, greeted me, and helped me without making me feel like I was an inconvenience, because I was. He found the issue which was a pinhole leak in my coolant system and showed me the undercarriage. Because my car is still under warranty, he ordered a type of coolant not used by his shop. He filled my reservoir to get me home. This local business is top notch! I can't thank Advanced Automotive Services enough for their help in my emergency. Highly recommend! Definitely 5 ⭐

Outstanding caliber service! My CT6 had a sudden fire emergency when front left tire began shredding from inside. Despite loud slapping sound, it held air, but regular dealer couldn’t see me for a week. I found Advanced Auto online and saw their Veteran run. I called requesting 4 new Continental tires, a balance, and alignment. Their Team completely exceeded expectations. They ordered 4 tires, provided convenient shuttle service, and had everything professionally installed by Friday 3 pm. A phenomenal 24 hour turnaround! Their quality of service and customer care are unmatched. They have earned my absolute trust and future business. Highly recommended!
