Advanced automotive should be everybodys go to garage.. I moved back to the East Coast and landed in Rehoboth Beach Delaware eight years ago. My dad who lives in Saint Michaels has used Advanced Auto a.k.a. Smittys since he most likely opened up shop. I headed there immediately after driving cross country and continued to have my car serviced at Advanced Auto while living in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Last year I moved to the Eastern Shore to be closer for elder parent care. Smitty and his mechanics have gone above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle is road ready at all times. Their prices are fair and reasonable for the work done, and will not take advantage by adding on unnecessary costs. Smitty goes above and beyond by giving out his Personal Cell so that he can be reached for auto emergencies.

Very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The owner and workers explained everything I needed and I got my new engine from them way back so I wanted them to service it . I would recommend them to everyone. Fair and honest.

My visit to advanced automotive went just as planned. They took my car immediately at the time I was scheduled and completed my oil change and tire rotation in a very timely matter and then they notified me as soon as it was ready for pick up. Their employees were very polite and knowledgeable.

At the recommendation of an associate, I stopped in and spoke to Jack. They handled my issue thoroughly and efficiently. Everyone I’ve encountered has been great.

I'd recommend this shop to anyone because of their friendly, knowledgeable staff and pricing transparency. My first time here was because my car broke down near the shop. The team was amazing- they fit me in without an appointment, quickly diagnosed the issue, and when they called me with the bad news they had multiple repair options to discuss with different price points. I really appreciated them taking the time to go through each option with me and the potential issues that they predicted for my car in the future that i needed to be aware of. I didn't feel any pressure to pick the more expensive option and they encouraged me to take my time making a decision. Once i decided what option I wanted, they were great about calling me with regular updates so I always knew the status of the car repairs and when parts were arriving. They took a very stressful situation and made it a million times easier to deal with. I'll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance and for any future repairs.
